Wedding Day Manager - $700
Our Wedding Day Manager package is for unlimited hours of coordination on the day of your wedding. It also includes hours for a meeting the week of your wedding and for rehearsal. This is the perfect avenue for the couples who want to plan their own wedding but need someone to 'manage the details' on their wedding day. Think of it this way, if we are busy working for an entire day, these are all tasks that you would have to be doing on your wedding day if we were not there. This is time taken away from your friends and family on your special day.

This is just a sampling of the services we provide on the day of your wedding.

• Conduct rehearsal with officiant
• Decorate ceremony and/or reception sites
• Function as the point-of-contact for your vendors
• Work with your reception site and caterer
• Handle issues that may arise
• Field questions from guests
• Make sure the day flows smoothly
• Give cues for walking down the aisle, grand entrance into the reception, toasts, etc.

Additional hours for this package are available at $60/hour for the lead coordinator to attend any vendors meetings if you wish.


                                               The Out-of-Towner - $1,500
This package is perfect for the couple who is getting married in the Twin Cities but doesn't live there. With this package, you plan your own wedding and we help you to find local vendors. We will locate reliable vendors that suit your budget and taste. We work with you on establishing a list of vendors that you will need for the big day. At Your Service Weddings works with you until all of your contracts are signed. Additional fees for a lead coordinator to be present on the actual wedding day.



                                              The Wedding Coach - $1,800
This package is perfect for the couple who wants to plan their own wedding, need a little guidance throughout the planning, and not want to work on their wedding day. At the beginning of your planning, we meet one time to establish a general direction for your wedding for you to take the planning in. This is usually quite a lengthy meeting. After this, we meet once a month to check in on your progress.

In the monthly meeting our tasks may include:

• Answering your questions (this could save you from having to sit at the computer for hours looking for answers). The luxury is that the answers are tailored to your specific needs.
• Look at the progress you have made from our last meeting.
• Discuss the course you will be traveling in until our next meeting and tasks that you need to execute to keep you on course.

With this package, At Your Service Weddings will also attend your final vendor meetings in the last weeks before your wedding. We will also be there on your wedding day to work the plan you have put in place. Then it's time to sit back, relax, and let us handle the work that day! • Assist at the beginning of your planning so that you may start to plan the wedding yourself.
• Meet periodically during your planning to answer questions and offer professional advice.
• Discuss the wedding plans to see if there is anything that was missed or could be a potential problem.
• Aid you with any item that needs to be assembed, designed or created.
• Be there on the day of your wedding for just a few hours to assist you in anything you need done but are not able to do yourself.
