Minneapolis Wedding Planner - Services

All of our services are designed for the couple that wants to do their own wedding planning.  At Your Service Weddings is here for the bride and groom that want to keep their planning fun, stress-free, and within their budget. Our agency offers assistance for individual pieces of the planning that you may not want to do or may not know how to do.  Whether we help you assess your style at the beginning of your planning or do the work for you on your wedding day, At Your Service Weddings has a service that every bride will fall in love with.

WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGES

Day of Coordination Package - $950

This is our most popular services. It is designed for the bride that wants to plan her own wedding but not work on her wedding day. But, this package really goes beyond just the weekend of the wedding. Throughout the course of your planning, we are your own personalized question resource and safety net. Call and email us with your planning questions.  Shouldn’t planning be this easy?

This service also includes three, face-to-face meetings. During these meetings, we can personalize vendor referrals to you, talk you through family or etiquette issues, help prioritize your to-do list and budget, offer lower cost alternatives, etc. We also assist you in developing a master timeline. Finally, right before the big day, we attend your final reception and/or ceremony meetings. This is to ensure that you, your sites, and At Your Service Weddings are all “on the same page”.

The Day of Coordination service is for unlimited hours of coordination on the day of your wedding and for rehearsal. On your wedding day, the sky is the limit with what we do. Think of it this way, if we are busy managing this beautiful event for an entire day, this would all be on your shoulders without us. That is time taken away from your friends and family to be working! With us there, you just focus on, well, getting married! With the purchase of this package, Ala Carte Services can be added for an additional fee at a reduced price.

The following list doesn’t even begin to describe the services we provide on the day of your wedding, but here are a few main points:

  • Two coordinators present for the big day
  • Conduct rehearsal with your officiant
  • Light decorating of ceremony and/or reception sites
  • Be the point-of-contact for your vendors
  • Handle issues that may arise
  • Field questions from guests
  • Make sure the day flows smoothly
  • Give cues for walking down the aisle, grand entrance into the reception, toasts, etc.
  • Light clean up at the end of the evening

The Wedding Coach - $1,800

This package is a “super-sized” Day of Coordination package. Brides want to plan their own weddings.  Some brides need more assistance from us than others.  This package does include Day of Coordination and all of the benefits from that service.  The difference is that there are more face-to-face planning meetings included in this package. We offer more assistance for you to do your planning.

At the beginning of your planning, we meet for a lengthy meeting to establish a general direction for your wedding for you to take the planning in. After this, we meet once a month to check in on your progress. This monthly meeting shaves hours of research time off of you each month. We help to consolidate all of the information you are seeing during the research. This is also a great way to rid yourself of stress. Sometimes, finding the time to do everything is the stressful part of planning. You also have a more peaceful planning process because you know that a professional coordinator is checking in with your plan monthly. This is a great “safety net” to have to make sure the small details are not overlooked. In each meeting, we discuss with you what has been accomplished since our last meeting. We then work with you on prioritizing what should be wrapped up or focused on by our next meeting.

With this package, At Your Service Weddings will be there on the day of your wedding as your Day of Coordinator. That’s the time to sit back, relax and let us handle the work that day! See the Day of Coordination package to see what is included in this package.

Decorating Set-Up Service – $300

We understand that the beginning of your wedding day should be spent at the hair salon surrounded by your family and friends.  After that, you head into your wedding pictures.  Who is going to be doing the set-up for your décor?  We can!  Our decorating set-up service provides you with peace of mind that the décor and ambiance of your wedding will be taken care of by professionals.  Our staff will pick up your décor, deliver it to your site, and set it up.  This would include: Card box, guest book, cake cutter, champagne flutes, favors, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, and light table top décor.  We do not do ceiling draping. At your ceremony site, our decorators will lay out your aisle runner, petals, unity candle, guest book, programs, ceremony décor, etc.

Additional fees for:

  • Separate ceremony and reception sites
  • A LARGE quantity of decorations (we mean a truck full)
  • Setting up linens, napkins, and chair covers
  • If your decorating plan is more elaborate than time will allow within your contract start time.

Midnight Tear-Down Service – $500

Trust us, this is the lasting thing going to be on your mind. You are going to be exhausted. And, it will also be the last thing on your family’s mind also.  Give yourself and your family the gift of hiring us to tear down and clean up your event décor.  Do you really want your drunk sister carrying rental vases out to the car at midnight?  With this service, it includes our staff packaging up your tabletop décor, guest book, cake cutter, champagne flutes, etc and delivering everything to you on the next day.  We take care of everything on top of your tables.  We do not tear down ceiling draping.

Additional fees apply for:

  • Gift delivery (that evening only)
  • Returning your rental vases to your florist on Monday
  • Returning a small quantity of rental items to the rental company on Monday
  • Packaging up your unwanted floral and delivering it to a nursing facility for the residents to enjoy the day after your wedding.
  • Heavy tear down: Leftovers, catering supplies, sweeping and moping the floor, stacking chairs, etc.
  • Large quantities of tear down: chair covers, linens, and cloth napkins.

Staffing Service

At Your Service Weddings offers staffing for your event.  We have coat check attendants, host/hostesses, waiter/waitresses, dishwashers, food servers, and kitchen clean up crew available.  We do not offer bartenders at this time but can make many great recommendations for you.  Our pricing various so give us a call to request a quote.

Wedding Emergency Kit Rental - $100

As a professional wedding coordinating service, we understand that these tools are essential to your wedding going smoothly.  What if you spill cola on your wedding dress before pictures?  What happens if a groomsmen forgets his black socks for his black tux? Trust us, there is always one guy...

Our kit is a large suitcase on wheels filled with close to 150 items that we have used on a wedding day. Instead of packing this yourself, you can rent ours. We charge an additional $25 for delivery and $25 for pick up.  If you want to pick it up on Friday from our office on Friday and drop it off on Sunday then there is no additional charge.

Clean Up/Leftover Kit - $150

It is an ideal kit for a wedding in a community center, park facility, tent in the backyard, etc. These are the supplies that you will use on your wedding day if you are not hiring a full-service caterer.  They are not supplies that all community centers and park facilities have available for you to use.  These supplies are not always “top of mind” when you are doing your planning.  Besides, we know that putting the thought into these items and collecting them for your wedding day isn’t the romantic experience you were hoping for.  So, we have done it for you.  If you had to purchase all of these items, it would cost you $300. Our kit includes close to 70 supplies such as: dish soap, rags, serving utensils, tin foil, leftover containers, pot holders, Comet, serving gloves, can opener, wine bottle opener, lighter, etc.

A LA CARTE SEVICES

A La Carte Services are available for the bride that wants to plan her own wedding but needs just a little assistance along the way.  These services are designed for when she either doesn’t know how to do some of her planning or doesn’t want to do everything herself.

These services can be either purchased individually or combined with a service package.  You do not need to invest in a service package to benefit from our A La Carte Services.

HOURLY CONSULTING

In this day and age, brides want to do their own planning. We offer hourly consulting to help brides “talk through” their ideas and process at any point in their planning. Couples are amazed at how much can be accomplished by sitting down with us for just an hour or two. 

Couples are also welcome to sit down with us right before their wedding. We look at what they have planned and advice them on how to deter minor problems before they happen, how to “wrap up” their planning, and details that might have been overlooked

IDEA LIBRARY

We are please to have an Idea Library in our office available for couples to browse through.  Our Idea Library is a collection of books and thousands of pictures organized into categories to generate ideas for anything from decor to hair styles.  No appointment or contract necessary to browse through the Idea Library. No information for wedding vendors is available in the Idea Library.  There is no charge to browse the Idea Library. It is available from 10 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday only.

BRIDES AGAINST BREAST CANCER DRESS DROP-OFF SITE

We are proud to be a drop-off site for donated bridal gowns. The gowns are donated to an organization called Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation. The Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to granting wishes for stage IV breast cancer patients.  Their largest fundraiser is called Brides Against Breast Cancer Bridal Gown Tour Event.  This tour travels to over 40 cities to sell the gowns at a weekend event to soon-to-be brides. Please stop by our office with your wedding gown and $20 for shipping and we will package it and send it for you.  We will also cover the additional shipping cost for any shipment over $20.
